Our most powerful HID workhorse! The HI-PAR 1000w Digital Ballast (400v/EL) is our flagship 1000w product for commercial horticultural lighting solutions. These ballasts are engineered for performance in unforgiving agricultural conditions!
The 1000w range has been incredibly successful for larger growers utilising DE HPS bulbs. In conjunction with the Philips Greenpower, BLV or OSRAM 1000w DE HPS lamps, these ballasts are seriously improving grower yields and efficiency!
Our 1000w range is recognised for our incredibly high performance. The Hi-Par difference means that our digital technology uses premium Japanese capacitors rated for 10+ years of continual use, and our quality control is second-to-none.
Hi-Par provides the latest advances for digital soft start-up automation that safely and reliably ignites HID bulbs with minimal harmonic distortion and attenuation. Our ballasts also utilise smart recognition software to prevent hot-lamp restrike and display error messages if there is an issue with the bulb or reflector.
