FOR REALLY SIMPLE HYDROPONICS - THE SOLO SYSTEM by Hydrocentre

The Solo system is a simple Hydroponic system that can run alone or be linked together to make a larger system. We use Organic and Mineral Brewed Nutrients with over 90 elements present

Solo 100

For small short term crops like herbs, lettuce, and plants under 25cm in size. This is a 1.5meter long 11 plant system using 80mm pots and Perlite to support the plants and deliver the nutrients. We manually fill the channel to half full, and refill it when it is empty. The drains at either end can be used to hold water or drain it from the system. It can also be used to connect solo kits together. Complete with a $10 pack of nutrient—$55* 150cm long (also available in a 3m long for $110*)

Solo 150

Larger pots for larger short term crops like bush tomatoes, Capsicum, and other fruiting crops up to 75cm in size (can be larger if watered often enough). This is 1.5 meter long 6 plan system using 165mm pots and Perlite to support the plants and deliver the nutrients. Comes with a $10 pack of nutrients—$75* (Also available in 3m long for $145*)

 Network System

Larger Plants are best suited to our Network Gravity System, and are commonly used for long term plants like fruit trees and large plants like tomato (bush type or vine type). The gravity system can support plants for long periods without any help as long as the tank selected is large enough. We call it a fill and forget system. Each cell or pot can support 1 large or up to 4 small plants, and 2 cell systems priced at $99* round (or $110*Square) , and add on cells start at $20* round (or $25* square) each. Solo Stands

Stands are available in Narrow = 500mm high, 500mm wide (approx 2 solos) for $40*, Wide = 500mm high and 1 meter wide (approx 4 solos) for $50*. You can have one of these stands with added support for tall plants on one end for $65*/$75* or make a 1.5meter high growing cube, 1 meter wide for $99* to suit up to 4 solos. Custom stands can be made to suit walls, fences, patios and more.

Automation

Automating is about making life easier for you. Adding a 60L tank and lid and     putting a Pump in it, then connecting the solo’s from the pump in the tank up to the solo’s and draining back again will empower this system to work FOR you. Pump, tank and  hose kit (1m x 13mm hose and elbow/ 1m x 19mm hose) for connecting the system $65* To get away from electricity try a Gravity powered smart Valve ($35*) and fill the 35L green tank ($35*) to ensure easy growing. Valve Tanks complete with hose and filter $80*

Setup

• Manual—keep drains upright and half fill the channel. Fill again when empty
•  Use a pump—connect channels together, use the pump 1 or 2 times a day to refill the channels
•  Gravity feed. Place a valve into a channel and connect to a tank that is higher than the system. Let the Valve fill the system automatically. If the tank is big enough, it could be months before you need to take care of the system
